We are looking for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join an 'Outstanding' Children’s Home organisation located in Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire.

Salary: £41,958 - £44,232 per annum

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· Recent experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children’s Home Deputy Manager in a Children’s Home.

· Level 5 Diploma in leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or working towards it.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person at the home and days at our Head Office.

About the Company

At Vitality Care we are a growing business and now have homes in Staffordshire (Newcastle Under Lyme) and Staffordshire moorlands (Alton). Both homes are registered for three young people. We have been established since 2017 but opened in 2019.

Our home at Alton is currently rated ‘GOOD’ with ‘OUTSTANDING in leadership and management’.

Our home at Newcastle Under Lyme is currently rated OUTSTANDING in child protection, positive outcomes and Leadership and management by OFSTED.
